Eligibility for Returns:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.
  • Final sale items, such as clearance items, cannot be returned or exchanged.

  2. Return Shipping: The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, and shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to ensure they are returned safely.
  3. Pack Your Items: Securely package the items you wish to return, including any original packaging and tags.

Processing Returns:

  • Once we receive your returned items, we will inspect them and process your return within 5-7 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

Exchanges:

  • If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.
